God has created you anew in Christ Jesus, so you can do the good things He planned for you long ago.

The Apostolic Equipping Center is a relational discipleship community for believers at every stage — built for formation, accountability, and ministry activation.

WHAT IS THE AEC

A community built around becoming, not just learning

The Apostolic Equipping Center is a discipleship initiative of Spirit & Truth Global, Inc. — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We exist because of the gap between what many know ABOUT God and who they are actively becoming IN CHRIST.

The AEC is not a Bible study or a membership program. It is an intentional community of believers committed to being formed and transformed — through relationship, accountability, honest engagement with Scripture, and real ministry assignments that extend beyond the room.

There is no fee to participate in the AEC. Discipleship should never be locked behind a price. Participants are responsible only for practical costs associated with their involvement — such as travel, meals, materials, etc. — and every effort is made to offset those costs through donor support.

Not Programmatic

Leadership maintains direct, personal engagement with every participant. You will be known here. The model is not content delivery but rather formation through relationship.

Structured for Real Life

The AEC rhythm includes monthly 4-hour in-person equipping sessions, monthly gender-specific mentoring groups, and regular virtual check-ins to maintain connection and accountability between gatherings.

Grounded in the Five-Fold

We equip across all five ministry dimensions — apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, pastoral, and teaching — so that formation is whole and balanced instead of being siloed in one expression. This framework is drawn directly from Ephesians 4 and is not affiliated or associated with the New Apostolic Reformation.

Contribution, Not Consumption

The ministry here is not passive. As participants grow in maturity, they have the opportunity to participate in real ministry assignments — locally and beyond — that are compatible with where they are in their journey. Mission is not a reward for the advanced but is part of how everyone grows.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Every stage. One standard.

The AEC is not just for the spiritually advanced. It is for the spiritually honest. Whether you came to faith last year or have served in ministry for decades, the question is not how far along you are. The question is whether you are willing to grow.

We welcome people at every stage of the faith journey; and we hold everyone to the same standard of presence, honesty, and genuine engagement with the process.

  • New believers taking their first steps in understanding their faith
  • Believers who have been in church for years but feel unequipped or unseen
  • Those who sense a calling but have never had the structure to develop it
  • Those who want to grow in community rather than in isolation
  • Anyone who is tired of consuming content and ready to be formed

THE PROCESS

How The Process Works

Entry into the AEC is not open enrollment. It is a discernment process — for you and for us. And it begins in person, before any application is submitted. Here is how it unfolds.

  1. Express Your Interest

Submit the form on this page. This is not an application. It is the beginning of a relationship. It places you on our interest list and ensures you receive updates about upcoming gatherings and key dates.

  2. Attend a Spirit & Truth Global Gathering

Before applying, we strongly encourage you to attend one of our live gatherings. This is your opportunity to experience the STG DNA firsthand — the culture, the values, the people, and the weight of what God is doing. You cannot fully discern whether this is your community without being in the room.

Our first gathering, Vision 2027, takes place on February 27, 2027. It will be a one-day mini-retreat and vision-casting event designed to give you a real taste of STG. We highly recommend this as your starting point.

  3. Apply for the Cohort

The official application opens at Vision 2027 on February 27, 2027. It asks honest questions about your faith, your local church connection, your calling, and your readiness. It is not a test. It is a tool for discernment for you and us. The application deadline is March 19, 2027.

  4. A Discernment Conversation

Leadership reviews your application and meets with you for a deeper conversation. This is where we discern together whether this is the right community and the right season for you. All applicants will hear back before the cohort begins.

  5. The Cohort Begins

If both sides sense alignment, you are welcomed into the community. Monthly in-person equipping sessions begin Saturday, April 17, 2027, with mentoring groups launching the following month.

COHORT LAUNCH

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT

Sit with this before you continue.

We want you here. And we also want to be honest with you about what you are considering. The AEC is not a casual commitment. Before you submit your information, we invite you to genuinely ask yourself:
  • Is this a season in my life where I can show up consistently, not just with intention but in practice?
  • Am I willing to be known — not just to participate, but to actually let people into my life?
  • Can I receive correction and challenge as a gift rather than a threat?
  • Am I currently connected to a local church body, or am I willing to pursue that connection?
  • Is my interest in this rooted in a genuine hunger to grow, or in a desire for ministry opportunity, title, or recognition?

If any of these questions caused you to pause, that is not a reason to walk away. It may be a reason to reach out and have a conversation before submitting. We would rather you come to us with honest questions than submit out of enthusiasm and drop out later.
