We ask for your information only when you choose to give it — when you contact us, join the newsletter, or tell us you are interested in the Apostolic Equipping Center. We do not run advertising trackers or website analytics, we set no cookies of our own, and we never sell, rent, or trade your information. The full detail is below.
Spirit & Truth Global, Inc. (“Spirit & Truth Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a ministry organization that equips believers for the work of the Gospel ministry. This policy explains what personal information we collect through spiritandtruthglobal.org, why we collect it, who else can see it, and what choices you have.
For the purposes of the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, Spirit & Truth Global, Inc. is the data controller for the information described here.
How to reach us about privacy:
Email: info@spiritandtruthglobal.org
Everything in this section reaches us because you typed it into a form or sent it to us. There are four forms on this site, and each one tells you what it is for before you submit it.
Appears at the foot of most pages. We ask for your first name and email address so we can send ministry updates and resources.
We ask for your name and email address, what you are reaching out about, and your message. Your phone number and the church or organization you are part of are optional.
The same details as the contact form, together with the area of partnership you are interested in.
We ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the city and state or region you are in, so leadership can follow up and plan for where participants are located.
You can also simply email us. Anything you put in that message is held in our email account in the ordinary way.
Two things happen without you doing anything.
Just as important is what we do not do. We do not use Google Analytics or any other website analytics. We run no advertising, remarketing, or social media tracking pixels. We do not build visitor profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.
This site sets no cookies of its own on visitors’ devices. There is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to on our side. WordPress sets cookies only for signed-in administrators of the site, not for visitors.
One third party can set cookies in your browser: Google, through the reCAPTCHA spam protection described in the next section. Those cookies are set under Google’s own domain and are governed by Google’s policies.
The typefaces used on this site are served from our own server rather than from a font provider, so displaying this page does not reveal your IP address to a third-party font service.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. A small number of providers process it on our behalf so the site can work:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Spirit & Truth Global, our participants, or others.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, data protection law requires us to name a lawful basis for each use. Ours are:
We keep information longer only where the law requires it.
Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can stop hearing from us at any time by emailing us. Whatever your location, you may ask us to:
Email info@spiritandtruthglobal.org and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your information to somebody else.
If you are in the UK or the EEA and you believe we have handled your information badly, you may complain to your national supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would be glad to hear from you first so we can put things right.
Spirit & Truth Global is based in the United States, and the information described here is stored and processed there. If you are writing to us from the UK, the EEA, the Caribbean, or anywhere else outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the United States, where data protection law differs from that in your own country. Where that transfer is covered by UK or EU law, we rely on your explicit consent and on the safeguards offered by the providers listed in section 5.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through this site. If a young person under 16 has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them. Where a minor takes part in one of our programs, we obtain consent from a parent or guardian separately, outside this website.
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the website, its database, and the inbox that receives form submissions is limited to people who need it. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these responsibilities seriously and will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information and the law requires notice.
Our pages link to places we do not control — Givebutter for giving, and other organizations we work alongside. Following those links takes you outside this site, and this policy no longer applies. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
If we change how we handle your information, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the date at the top. Where the change is significant, we will make a point of telling the people it affects.
Questions about this policy, or about your information, are genuinely welcome.
