WHY COMMUNITY

Operating from a holistic five-fold ministry framework (apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, pastoral, and teaching), our process is designed to cultivate sound doctrine and strategic mobilization.

True Kingdom discipleship is not a quick process, as we believe a person’s character must be able to sustain their giftings. This kind of character takes time and can only be developed through total surrender to the Lordship of Jesus Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit.

The equipping center focuses on not only teaching the Scriptures but also helping others understand how to rightly divide the Scriptures, apply them, and live them out by the Spirit of God as authentic ambassadors of Christ.

Annual Immersive Retreat

A 3- or 4-day extended environment for concentrated teaching, shared community life, and intentional space to seek the Holy Spirit and encounter the Lord.

Shared Ministry Travel

Minister alongside STG leadership on ministry assignments (unlocked strictly through consistency and demonstrated spiritual maturity).

Distinct Commissioning

In special instances, fully formed and properly prepared individuals are formally commissioned and deployed on separate, distinct Kingdom assignments.
